Termed as `The Visionary', our President & Group Managing Director Ms. Meherun N. Islam is a graduate (Bachelor of Arts) from Dhaka University.
 
She completed a course on Construction Management, Business Management and Computer conducted by Bangladesh Development Corporation. Has thirteen years experience in the field of Management, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Media Consultancy.
Meherun Islam is a well-groomed, dynamic and pleasing personality. She is also a hard taskmaster. Besides having a sharp nose for business, she has developed herself as a computer designer and specialized in printing, and garment manufacturing & buying. Meherun N. Islam heads the Creative, General Administration & Finance Departments. She is a Member of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry and an active member for three Committees (Public Relations, Women Entrepreneurship and Garments.)
Our Group Director - Global Operations Mr. S. S. Sarwar is an M.B.A (Master of Business Administration).
 
He has completed a course on Event Management, Business Management and has 15 years experience in the field of Management, Advisor & Consultancy,  Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media & Business Development Consultancy.
Mr. Sarwar is well-groomed, charismatic, dynamic, aggressive & energetic with a pleasing personality.  Besides having a sharp nose for business development, he has work experience of India, Pakistan South East Asia & Middle East. Mr. Sarwar heads Strategic Planning, Public Relations, Business Development and Marketing at CEMS. He is also the member of some professional societies like: Bangladesh Franchise & Licensing Solutions (President), Bangladesh Motor Sports Club (President), Pakistan Motor Sports Club (President) , International Association of Exhibition Management - USA (Member),  Venue Management Association - Australia (Member) and Federation Automobile De L' Automobile - Switzerland (Member).

Vice President – Marketing & Operations  Ms. Prianka Shahrin

Being groomed by her parents to finally take the helm of the family multinational corporation `CEMS’ is Ms. Prianka Shahrin – Vice President ~ Marketing & Operations.  Prianka oversees CEMS marketing and operations in North America and EU while pursuing her education at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business – New York. Prianka wishes to take CEMS into the new generation with her keen attention on International Management, executive decision making, policies and regulations of Multinational companies.

While doing all this, she still squeezes out time for traveling to CEMS and other International Exhibitions far and wide and utilizing her sharp observations to its best to further strengthen CEMS as a brand name in the Global Exhibition Industry.
